Each person's circumstances are unique.  To adequately plan for your family requires a one-on-one meeting to assess your individual circumstance, needs, and goals.  Every estate plan should include a will, a power of attorney and a health care proxy.  Depending on your circumstances, you may also need a trust,  partnership agreement or other estate planning documents to satisfy your goals.

How does this happen?

When you call our office, an appointment is set up and a questionnaire and preliminary information mailed to you.  You bring the completed questionnaire to our first meeting.  You may also view and print a copy of this questionnaire by clicking here.

Can you represent me as my attorney if you are mediating my dispute?

No.  In mediation, each party has rights and interests that are in conflict.  A mediator's job is to facilitate a mutually agreeable solution while remaining neutral as to all parties.  An attorney's job is to represent the individual interests of one party.
